What we believe

One God

There is only one God — the all-powerful, immortal Creator of the universe — and He has a clear purpose for the earth and for mankind.
Deuteronomy 6:4 · Isaiah 45:5 · Psalm 115:16

The Bible matters

The Bible is God’s word and reveals His plan for the world. The Holy Spirit is God’s power, actively bringing that plan to fulfilment.
2 Timothy 3:16 · 2 Peter 1:20–21 · Luke 1:35

Jesus Christ is God’s Son

Jesus is the Son of God, born to Mary. He resisted temptation, lived faithfully, and died so that his followers might be saved from sin and death.
Luke 1:35 · Hebrews 4:15 · Romans 5:8

Resurrection and return

God raised Jesus from the dead. He ascended to heaven, and he will return to reign as King in God’s Kingdom.
Acts 2:24 · Acts 1:11 · Matthew 25:31

A promised Kingdom

The prophets foretold a restored Kingdom of God, centred in Israel and extending across the whole world.
Daniel 2:44 · Isaiah 2:2–4 · Zechariah 14:9

The problem of sin

Human nature tends towards self-interest and rebellion against God — what the Bible calls sin.
Romans 3:23 · James 1:14–15

Baptism is essential

Through faith in Jesus and baptism into his name, sins can be forgiven and a new way of life can begin.
Mark 16:16 · Acts 2:38 · Romans 6:3–4

Hope beyond death

Humans are mortal, but those who remain faithful will be raised to eternal life on earth when Jesus returns.
Psalm 146:4 · 1 Corinthians 15:21–23 · Revelation 5:10

Daily discipleship

Each day, we seek to follow the example of Jesus in how we live, love, and serve.
Luke 9:23 · John 13:34–35 · 1 Peter 2:21
